Small Heath Medical Practice Wheelchair access to the building is very convenient as it is a flat entrance with no steps. Patient Services are provided at ground floor level. There is also access to a low-level counter at the reception desk.

Disabled WC is provided.

If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients, we would be happy to consider any suggestions.
We use the Birmingham and District Emergency Room (BADGER) for our emergency work when the surgery is closed. Calls to BADGER may be recorded.
Please only call 0121 766 8828 between 6.30pm and 8am(after 4:00pm on Wednesday) for urgent medical problems, which cannot wait until the surgery opens.
You will be directly transferred to BADGER.
