Our patients have the right to be treated with respect and without prejudice. We would request that patients attend punctually for their appointments and cancel appointments if they are unable to attend.
Repeated failure to keep appointments not only causes in convenience, but also denies other patients the opportunity to see the doctor.
Practice staff has the right to be treated with respect and should not be subjected to verbal or non-verbal violence. If patients demonstrate unacceptable behaviour they may be removed from our practice list.
